"(Left) Yokosuka Officer's Spouse Club (YOSC) members Eliese Rumbolt-Adam and Stacie Desse sell raffle tickets at the YOSC Coffee reception Sept. 16. The free reception gave new arrivals to Japan the opportunity to meet YOSC members and learn more about the charitable activities the non-profit club engages in each year. Last year, YOSC contributed more than $53,000 to local community organizations." Photo by Ben Avey, CFAY Public Affairs.
